We have a wide selection of winter sports equipment: including 100 electric-assisted fatbike mountain bikes, skis, snowshoes, sliding snowshoes, poles. Check available equipment and make a reservation.
Rental starting from 3 hours
From our bike rental you can rent a bike for three, five or eight hours. Would you like to rent a bike for a longer period? You can also rent a bike from us for 24 hours. If you rent a bike for 24 hours, you can make a reservation the previous evening until 9 pm.
You can rent a bike on site or in advance online. Online reservations are paid at the time of rental. If necessary, we can transfer the rental time free of charge 24 hours before the start of the rental. On-site bike rentals are paid in cash or by card. The rent can be paid in full or in part through Edenred, Epassi, Smartum and Easybreak mobile apps (not as paper vouchers). We are also the only rental shop in Saariselkä where, when you pay for your bike rental on site, you also earn K-Plussa points.
Pickup and return
Bike pickup and return takes place at Kuukkeli equipment rental, inside Kesport. Remember to return the bike and additional equipment at the agreed time. The bike may be going to the next user soon after your rental period, and before that the bike must be serviced and charged. We deliver bikes washed and serviced, and disinfect contact points.
Activities and program services
In Saariselkä there are things to do all year round. Through Kuukkeli you can also book various activities and local program services in the Saariselkä area. Activities range from independent hiking, mountain biking and sliding down Finland’s longest toboggan slope to snowmobile trips and husky safaris.
